The Washington New Americans Program, working with the Washington State chapter of AILA, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, hosted Citizenship Day in Aberdeen, Lacey, Mount Vernon, and Tacoma on February 6th, 2010. Over 200 individuals were served and received free assistance with citizenship applications! We would like to thank the following organizations and businesses for their financial and in-kind support of Citizenship Day:

Volunteer immigration attorneys, paralegals, and interpreters offer FREE assistance with citizenship applications
The next Citizenship Day will be on Saturday, April 21, from 10am to 3pm in Moses Lake, Mt. Vernon, Tacoma and Vancouver. More information on the location of each event will be available soon.
